We do not require you have 24 monitoring, our price is the same reqardless (other companys are known to increase
prices for the same system if you decide not sign a monitoring agreement)

Our monitoring is flat rate which includes intrusion, fire, panic signals & logged arming and disarming
signals by user logged for reference & can be made available to you upon your request (we do not use fire and panic
signals as an upsell to increase your monthly rate)

Most alarm companys want you to sign a 3-5 year monitoring contract. With a number of small print terms
that make you liable for the full amount should you wish to cancel early, not to mention they can increase your rates at any
time.

Our monitoring contract is a 1 year contract which you can cancel at anytime after the initial term without
penalty. In addition the price per month is fixed for the term you initially signed. We will not increase your rates.

We do not over inflate our service rates just to get you to sign what is known as an option in some contracts,
referred to as a "repair or maintenance" service. This addition monthly charge is known to add between ten dollars or
ten percent of the system paid monthly.

We service systems installed by other companys after free site inspection we will provide written estimate
prior to servicing.
